Charleston, South Carolina Piccolo Spoleto and Spoleto USA, June 2005 2005 marked the second Spoleto Festival that Megan and I attended.   Even with only two visits, we consider Charleston as an "adopted home".  We love the old world charm of this lovely southern city and look forward to our annual trip to Charleston every year.
